Job summary

Trane Technologies Energy Services is seeking a Sr. Project Developer in Western New York to support turnkey design-build and energy performance contracting projects. The role involves acquiring, scoping, and developing energy-saving solutions with internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities include engineering analysis, cost estimation, and proposal support, with travel as needed. A four-year degree and experience in project management and ESPC are required, along with a valid driver’s

Qualifications

Four-year degree in Engineering, Technical field or Business required.
Experience with energy conservation measures and ECM cost studies.
Knowledge of construction methods and ability to guide subcontractors in obtaining proposals.
Project Management and ESPC experience required.
Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

Develop HVAC systems and solutions using Trane equipment and controls and other leading HVAC equipment.
Assist in establishing project installation budgets and RFQ preparation including scope statements and milestone dates.
Provide technical support in pursuit of Trane business on strategic job acquisition teams.
Manage design from conceptual site plans through construction documents.
Continuous improvement of Design-Build Turnkey and ESPC processes.
