Job summary

Trane Technologies Energy Services in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Project Developer to drive turnkey design-build and energy performance contracting projects. You will work with internal teams and customers to scope, estimate costs, quantify savings, and prepare proposals for leading HVAC and energy systems.

You will acquire and transition projects from design to execution, leveraging strong project management and communication skills, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Engineering, Technical field or Business required.
• Experience in design-build or ESPC projects is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop HVAC systems and turnkey solutions for design-build projects.
• Assist in budget development and RFQ processes with subcontractors.
• Support acquisition teams with technical proposals and value engineering.
• Manage design documents from concept through construction phase.
• Ensure adherence to ESPC and design-build processes and identify improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external customers to secure projects.
