Job summary

Trane Technologies seeks a Project Developer for the Mid-Atlantic region to identify and develop turnkey design-build and energy performance contracting projects. You will work with internal teams and customers on scope, cost estimates, and proposal support, leveraging ESCO practices.

The role requires a four-year engineering/technical/business degree and strong project management skills, with occasional travel and a flexible work schedule; base in Harrisburg, PA or Towson, MD region.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in engineering, technical field, or business required.
• Experience with design-build and ESPC projects preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and building construction.
• Proficiency in cost and energy savings analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop HVAC solutions with Trane equipment and other systems.
• Assist in budgeting, RFQ preparation, and scope development.
• Provide technical support to account managers.
• Manage design from concept to construction documents.
• Improve Design-Build Turnkey and ESPC processes.
• Ensure customer acquisition and project transition.
• Travel as required.
