Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Engineering, Technical field, or Business required.
• Experience with Design-Build Turnkey or ESPC projects.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop HVAC systems and solutions including scoping and engineering analysis.
• Support Account Managers with budgets and RFQ processes.
• Provide technical support in pursuit of business.
• Manage design from concept to construction documents.
• Validate Design-Build Turnkey and ESPC processes.
• Secure customers from development to project transition.
• Support acquisition and customer satisfaction.
• Some travel required.
