Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Sr. Project Developer in Western NY to identify and develop turnkey design-build and energy performance contracting projects. You will work with internal teams and customers, develop scopes, quantify energy savings, and support proposals within a leading ESCO environment.

The role requires strong project management, HVAC/system knowledge, and ability to communicate with subcontractors. Some travel and flexibility to work extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Engineering, Technical field or Business required.
• Experience with cost and savings studies for energy conservation measures is preferred.
• Knowledge of energy rebate programs, utility tariffs, and bill analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop HVAC systems and solutions using Trane equipment and other leading systems.
• Assist in establishing project installation budgets and RFQ documentation.
• Provide technical support in pursuit of Trane business and manage design through construction documents.
• Travel as needed and collaborate with internal teams and customers.
