FBT Gibbons LLP is seeking a Business Development Manager to collaborate with Practice Groups and Industry Teams to drive revenue for the Energy Industry team, data centers, and P3 initiatives across multiple offices.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in B2B professional services or legal settings, strong strategic planning, and leadership capabilities. Travel across the national footprint is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in marketing, communications, business or relevant area preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a B2B professional services or legal setting.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue for Energy Industry Team and infrastructure practices.
• Collaborate with Practice Groups, Industry Teams and leadership to plan budgets and initiatives.
• Manage a portfolio of initiatives including data centers and public-private partnerships; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Prepare RFPs, pitches, client engagement plans, and thought leadership activities.
