Job summary

FBT Gibbons LLP seeks a Business Development Manager to collaborate with Practice Groups, Industry Teams and leadership to create and implement business development strategies that drive revenue for Energy and infrastructure-related practices, including data centers and P3s.

Ideal candidates have strong market insight, experience in B2B professional services or legal environments, and the ability to manage budgets and cross-functional teams across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; marketing/communications/business or related area preferred.
• Minimum of five years in a B2B professional services or legal setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Energy Industry Team and related practice groups, guiding BD priorities and resource allocation.
• Partner with Practice Group and Industry Team leaders, CBDO and CBDO to drive strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance and other departments on new initiatives and budgets.
• Develop and implement BD strategies, client identification, engagement and pitches.
• Direct and support BD Associates and Coordinators on portfolio projects.
• Lead RFPs/pitches and track KPIs; ensure timely delivery and accountability.
