FBT Gibbons LLP seeks a Business Development Manager to drive revenue for Energy and infrastructure practice areas, collaborating with Practice Groups, Industry Teams, and leadership. This role involves strategic planning, budgeting, and KPI tracking across a national footprint, including data centers and P3s.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a B2B professional services or legal setting, strong leadership, and the ability to travel across the firm’s footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related area required.
• Strong strategic planning and development skills required.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Proven leadership abilities and critical thinking required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio including Energy Industry Team, practice groups, and initiatives; set BD priorities and allocate resources.
• Collaborate with BDD and CBDO on firm initiatives and leadership presentations.
• Work with practice services directors on performance and new service offerings.
• Drive and support industry team pursuits and strategic opportunities.
• Develop and implement BD strategies: client identification, engagement, cross-servicing, proposals, and thought leadership.
