The role collaborates with Practice Groups, Industry Teams, and leadership to craft and execute business development strategies that enhance revenue and client engagement.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a B2B professional services or legal setting, strong strategic planning, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years in a B2B professional services or legal setting.
• Strong strategic planning and development skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration across levels.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement business development strategies for the Energy Industry Team and related initiatives.
• Collaborate with Practice Groups, Industry Teams, and leadership to drive revenue growth.
• Lead client engagement efforts, proposals, and presentations; coach attorneys as needed.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and accountability for strategic opportunities.
• Oversee junior BD staff and coordinate cross-departmental initiatives.
