Job summary
HARTING Americas, a subsidiary of HARTING Technology Group, seeks a strategic Business Development Manager for Milwaukee (remote) to drive market growth and profitability for the regional product portfolio. You will collaborate across Sales, Product Management, and Marketing to exceed commercial targets and budgets.
Ideal candidates possess a technical engineering degree, 5+ years in direct electrical/electronic sales, and proven success in power generation, microgrids, or data center energy
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field is required.
- 5+ years of experience in direct sales of electrical/electronic components.
- Previous experience in strategic Sales Channel Management.
- Demonstrated success in the power generation, microgrid, or data center energy sectors.
Responsibilities
- Drive market growth, revenue, and profitability for the regional product portfolio.
- Champion customer-centric technical solutions and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing.
- Develop strategies to capture new customers, industries, and growth opportunities for the portfolio.
- Coordinate product rollouts and define marketing mix; support distribution channel strategies.
