Phoenix Contact USA is seeking a Business Development Manager – Energy to drive growth in engineered projects and applications within the Transmission and Distribution segment of the US grid. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and industry teams to tailor solutions and respond to market needs; this is an individual contributor role with no formal people management.

The role covers the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Ohio Valley regions, requires travel, and offers a generous benefits

Formación

• 5–10 years in business development, engineering projects, or technical sales.
• Experience with engineered solutions and application-based selling.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage business development within the Applications & Engineered Projects Hub, aligning with segment strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and industry teams to tailor customer solutions.
• Use CRM and enablement tools to manage pursuits and track performance.
• Maintain KPI/OKR accountability for hub strategy execution and customer engagement.
• Foster a collaborative culture focused on customer value and knowledge sharing.
• Apply sales expertise across Critical Infrastructure, Applications, and Engineered Projects.
