Job summary

PPL Electric Utilities in Scranton, PA seeks a senior liaison to manage strategic Key Accounts, focusing on the cost of electricity, rates, tariffs, and energy management programs. You will maintain relationships with major industrial and commercial customers and provide timely intelligence to internal teams.

You will be the primary contact, coordinate with cross-functional resources, attend industry events, and be available beyond normal hours to resolve service issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Five years’ experience directly working with external customers in a sales, marketing, or account management function.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain an effective relationship with assigned accounts to build trust and confidence regarding service and rates.
• Provide a single point of contact for Key Accounts to communicate with PPL EU on electricity and service-related issues, even beyond regular hours.
• Collaborate with internal resources to ensure Key Accounts' needs for service and information are met promptly.
• Provide timely intelligence on Key Accounts' plans related to energy consumption, rate options, and tariffs.
