Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, engineering, communications or related field.

• 8 years’ experience in customer account management, business or economic development.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains high-level relationships with key decision makers within assigned key strategic account organizations.
• Responsible for the retention, expansion, and overall satisfaction of the client base.
• Provides a 'single point-of-contact' to customer contacts and oversees plans to resolve issues with operating company departments.
• Develops and implements strategic programs and offerings and builds long-term relationships with executive level decision makers.
• Interfaces with engineers, energy efficiency, and economic development groups to meet goals.
