Job summary

Anderson Power is seeking a Strategic Account Manager for Energy to lead key energy OEMs, utilities, and system integrators. You will shape multi-year plans, secure design wins, and drive revenue growth across renewable energy, storage, charging, and grid modernization.

The role requires strong technical business development, excellent negotiation, and the ability to influence engineering specs. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Energy Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in strategic account management, OEM sales, energy markets, or related.
• Experience selling electrical, power distribution, or energy storage products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to support customer meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic relationships with energy OEMs, utilities, system integrators, EPCs, and key accounts.
• Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans and growth initiatives.
• Lead commercial negotiations and pricing strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and use CRM for opportunity management.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management on design wins and requirements.
