Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field.
- MBA preferred as an additional qualification.
- Proven success managing large strategic accounts and multi-year growth strategies.
- Experience selling electrical, power distribution, connectors, charging, energy storage, or related industrial products.
- Ability to travel up to 50% for customer meetings and events.
Responsibilities
- Own strategic relationships with energy OEMs, utilities, system integrators, EPCs, and key accounts.
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans with growth initiatives and revenue targets.
- Lead commercial negotiations and pricing strategies to meet revenue and margin objectives.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline through opportunity management and CRM.
- Influence engineering specifications and product selection decisions for long-term design wins.
