Job summary

Anderson Power Products is seeking a Strategic Account Manager (Energy) to lead key energy OEM, utility and system-integrator relationships across renewable energy, storage, charging infrastructure and grid modernization. You will drive design wins, expand market share, and manage multi-year account plans with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
7+ years in strategic account management/oem sales/energy markets.
Proven success with long sales cycles and complex negotiations.
Experience selling electrical, power distribution, energy storage, or electrification products.

Responsibilities

Own and grow strategic accounts across energy OEMs, utilities, EPCs and system integrators.
Develop multi-year account plans with revenue targets and product roadmaps.
Lead commercial negotiations and pricing to hit annual revenue and margin goals.
Travel up to 50% to support customer meetings and industry events.
