Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking an End User Training Lead to oversee the organization’s training portfolio for mission‑critical systems in a federal IT environment. You will lead needs assessments, align learning objectives with business goals, and prioritize programs that drive adoption of new tools.

Responsibilities include designing blended learning, mentoring trainers, coordinating travel and delivery schedules, and guiding change management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in training and development, incl. 4–6 years as a trainer on technical projects and 0–2 years in leadership.
• Experience designing, executing, and evaluating technical training programs with needs assessment and curriculum development.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor trainers, with coaching focused on performance and quality.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Strong organizational skills with travel 40–75% of the time.
• Current secret security clearance (active within past 24 months).

Responsibilities

• Govern the overall training strategy for mission-critical systems and map objectives to org priorities.
• Design blended training programs (classroom, virtual, e-learning) to drive adoption.
• Mentor trainers, conduct observations, and lead train-the-trainer activities.
• Oversee creation of curricula, lesson plans, SOPs, guides, and practical exercises.
• Implement evaluation metrics, analyze results, and drive content improvement.
• Coordinate with leaders, analysts, owners, and SMEs to plan deployments and conferences.
• Manage travel planning, trainer schedules, and training logistics and budgets.
