Zusammenfassung

Portside is seeking a Head of Enablement to own the enablement strategy across Sales and Customer Success. You will design onboarding, training, and certification for AEs, SEs, BDRs, CSMs, and managers, and build a practical content library with clear messaging for new products and campaigns.

You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Support to turn customer feedback into improvements and help scale the enablement function with the right tooling and hires.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in sales enablement, customer success enablement, or customer education in B2B SaaS.
• Experience building onboarding/training programs that improve ramp time and retention.
• Proven ability to work with executives, managers, and field leaders.

Aufgaben

• Own enablement strategy, roadmap, and budget for Sales and Customer Success.
• Design onboarding, training, and certification for AEs, SEs, BDRs, CSMS, and managers.
• Build playbooks, battlecards, and a content library used by the field.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Support to translate feedback into improvements.
• Evaluate enablement tooling and scale with hires as needed.
