Portside is seeking a strategic Head of Enablement to lead the enablement agenda across Sales and Customer Success. You will design onboarding, training, and certification for AEs, SEs, BDRs, CSMs, and frontline managers, while building playbooks and a centralized content library used by the field.

You will partner with Product, Marketing, and Support to translate customer feedback into concrete product/content improvements, drive coaching rhythms, and select enablement tools as the function

• Led onboarding or training programs that improved ramp time, win rate, or retention.

• Own enablement strategy, roadmap, and budget across Sales and Customer Success.
• Design and run onboarding, training, and certification for AEs, SEs, BDRs, CSMs, and managers.
• Build and maintain playbooks, decks, and a reusable content library.
• Create the CSM playbook for onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
• Partner with managers on coaching and handoffs from Sales to CS.
• Collaborate with Product/Marketing/Support to turn feedback into product/content improvements.
• Evaluate enablement tooling and scale the function.
