Texas Capital is seeking a results-oriented Senior Program/Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives and complex cross-functional projects. You will partner with senior leaders, develop actionable recommendations, and drive execution using AI, automation, and analytics to improve outcomes.

The role requires 4–6 years in banking or financial services, strong communication, and mastery of Salesforce, Power BI, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred for advanced roles.
• 4–6 years of banking/financial services experience, Commercial Banking preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship management to influence across the organization.
• Ability to distill complex information into clear executive messages.
• Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office; advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, data visualization, and reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the Business Enablement Leader to execute strategic priorities and initiatives.
• Lead complex projects from planning through implementation with clear milestones and risk management.
• Evaluate business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and drive solutions.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and tech to improve effectiveness.
• Deliver senior executive presentations and strategic communications.
• Coordinate with Marketing, HR, Ops, Tech, Finance, Risk, and Leadership to advance objectives.
• Establish project plans, governance, and reporting to monitor progress and dependencies.
• Analyze performance metrics to inform decision-making and actions.
• Facilitate cross-team alignment to remove obstacles and drive priorities.
• Support planning of annual goals and strategic initiatives.
