Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking a Business Enablement Leader to partner with senior executives on strategic priorities and cross‑functional initiatives. You will manage complex projects, align stakeholders, and drive performance through data‑driven insights.

The role requires evaluating processes, leveraging AI and automation, delivering executive presentations, and coordinating with Marketing, HR, Operations, Finance, Risk, and Lines of Business to advance objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field preferred; MBA preferred.
4–6 years of experience in banking/financial services; experience in Commercial Banking preferred.
Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results.
Proven capability to present to senior executives with concise messages.
Proficiency with Salesforce and Power BI is expected.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Business Enablement Leader to execute strategic priorities and business initiatives.
Lead complex cross‑functional projects from planning through implementation.
Evaluate processes, identify improvements, and drive approved solutions.
Leverage AI, automation, and emerging tech to improve team effectiveness.
Prepare executive briefings and strategic communications for leadership.
Coordinate with Marketing, HR, Operations, Finance, Risk, and Lines of Business.
Establish governance, monitor milestones, manage risks, and ensure accountability.
Analyze performance metrics to inform decisions and actions.
