Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or related field.
7+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years managing cross-functional programs.
Experience delivering complex programs with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
Experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or related business functions.
Experience partnering with Finance on planning, budgeting, forecasting, or business operations.
Experience leveraging Generative AI and automation to improve processes.
Strong PowerPoint skills for executive-ready presentations.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional programs from planning through execution, delivering on time and within scope.
Develop detailed program plans, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
Coordinate activities with business, operations, finance, and technical teams.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans.
Prepare clear program updates and executive-status reports.
