Job summary

Texas Capital Bank in Dallas seeks a corporate banking professional to partner with leadership, evaluate current processes, and develop strategies to improve operations while driving measurable results. You will prepare senior executive presentations and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.

You will also manage financial reporting, plan annual goals, and track progress using company data sources, ensuring timely delivery of projects and effective stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of banking/financial services experience; Investment/Corporate Banking preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to synthesize data, identify improvements, and drive actions.
• Strong communication skills with executive presence and cross-level interaction.

Responsibilities

• Consult with leadership to evaluate processes and develop improvement strategies.
• Develop and deliver senior executive presentations conveying complex information and plans.
• Coordinate management routines across Corporate & Investment Bank; attend meetings and track actions.
• Coordinate with Sales Enablement and Finance & Business Management for financial reporting.
• Plan annual goals and track progress using company data sources.
• Collaborate with PMO to ensure timely project delivery and align stakeholders.
