Staffmark Group in Plano, TX is seeking a Program Manager - Business Strategy to lead data-driven strategies that fuel growth and optimize decision-making across service operations, CX, technology, and leadership.

You will own executive reporting, develop AI-enabled initiatives, and translate complex data into actionable insights for Sr. leadership. Requires 6+ years in data analytics/business strategy, Excel and Power BI proficiency, and strong presentation skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, data science or related field.
6+ years of experience in data analytics, business strategy, or operation planning.
Strong data-visualization skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI for analysis and reporting.
Excellent executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the creation and execution of data-driven strategies to enhance business performance.
Develop data and AI-driven strategic initiatives to improve service operations and customer experience.
Champion adoption of AI and automation across analytics to improve decision quality.
Own executive reporting and planning models with accuracy and clarity.
