True North Consultants, Inc. seeks a Master Scheduler for an Electronics Manufacturing Services provider in the Windber, PA area. This on-site, full-time role owns the Master Production Schedule, balancing customer demand with material availability and factory capacity to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 4–6+ years in manufacturing scheduling (EMS/PCBA a plus), and strong ERP/MRP and Excel skills. A related degree and APICS certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 4–6+ years of production scheduling or master scheduling in a manufacturing environment (EMS/PCBA preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and optimize the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for high‑mix electronics assemblies.
• Analyze labor, equipment, and tooling constraints to identify bottlenecks and balance production.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Supply Chain to align component availability with the schedule.
• Lead planning meetings with Program Management, Production Leads, and Warehouse to review adherence and priorities.
• Maintain data integrity in the ERP system including lead times, BOMs, and routing timelines.
