Job summary

Job Juncture seeks a Master Scheduler for an EMS PCBA environment in Windber, PA. You will own the Master Production Schedule, balancing customer demand with factory capacity and material availability to maximize on-time delivery.

The role requires 4–6+ years in manufacturing scheduling, strong ERP/MRP and advanced Excel skills, and a CPIM/CSCP certification is a strong plus. On-site, full-time with a 9/80 schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4–6+ years in production scheduling/planning/master scheduling in manufacturing.
• Advanced ERP/MRP proficiency and expert Excel data analysis (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• APICS CPIM or CSCP is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for high-mix electronic assemblies.
• Analyze capacity, labor, machinery, and tooling constraints to identify bottlenecks and balance workloads.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Supply Chain to align component availability with the schedule.
• Lead planning meetings with Program Management, Production Leads, and Warehouse teams to review adherence and adjust priorities.
• Maintain data integrity in the ERP system, ensuring accurate lead times and BOM routing timelines.
