6 Degrees Search is seeking a Master Scheduler for an Electronics Manufacturing Services operation in the Windber, PA area. The role connects customer demand with factory capacity to maximize on-time delivery while balancing material availability and production capability.

The ideal candidate has 4–6+ years in production scheduling within manufacturing, strong ERP/MRP skills, and Excel expertise; APICS certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Admin, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 4–6+ years of production scheduling or master scheduling in manufacturing (EMS/PCBA preferred).
• Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• APICS CPIM/CSCP is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Create, maintain, and optimize the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for high-mix electronics assemblies.
• Analyze capacity constraints and balance production with demand to avoid bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Supply Chain to ensure component availability.
• Lead planning meetings with PM, Production Leads, and Warehouse; adjust priorities as needed.
• Maintain data integrity in the ERP system with accurate BOMs and lead times.
