Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Master Scheduler for an EMS environment in the Windber, PA area (on-site). The role focuses on owning the Master Production Schedule and balancing customer demand with capacity.

You will partner with procurement and manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery and efficient operations. The ideal candidate has 4–6+ years in production scheduling within manufacturing (EMS/PCBA preferred) and strong Excel/ERP skills; APICS certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 4–6+ years in production scheduling/planning in manufacturing (EMS/PCBA preferred).
• Advanced proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP).
• APICS CPIM/CSCP certification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and optimize the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Analyze capacity constraints and identify bottlenecks; propose balancing solutions.
• Coordinate with Procurement/Supply Chain to align component availability with the schedule.
• Lead planning meetings with PM, Production Leads, and Warehouse to review adherence and adjust priorities.
• Manage data in the ERP system, ensuring accurate lead times and BOM routing.
