Job summary

Zaddy Solutions is seeking a highly analytical Master Scheduler for our EMS operations in the Windber, PA area. You will own the Master Production Schedule, translate forecasts into an executable plan, and balance customer delivery with capacity to maximize on-time performance.

You will collaborate with Procurement, Production, and Program Management in a structured environment, maintain data integrity in ERP, and drive continuous improvement in capacity and lead times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4–6+ years of production scheduling within a manufacturing environment (EMS/PCBA preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and optimize the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for high-mix electronic assemblies.
• Balance customer delivery requirements with material availability and production capacity to maximize on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Supply Chain to ensure component availability and minimize inventory costs.
• Lead planning meetings with Program Management, Production Leads, and Warehouse to review schedule adherence and disruptions.
• Maintain data integrity in the ERP system, including lead times, BOMs, and routing timelines.
