Job summary

H.T. Prof Executive Search is sourcing a Master Scheduler for an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider in the Windber, PA area.

The role requires owning the Master Production Schedule, balancing demand with capacity, and driving on-time delivery across high-mix PCBA programs. Candidates should have 4–6+ years in manufacturing scheduling, strong ERP/MRP and Excel skills, and APICS CPIM/CSCP is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4–6+ years in manufacturing scheduling or master scheduling.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP certification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for high-mix electronics assemblies.
• Analyze capacity constraints and identify bottlenecks; propose balancing solutions.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Supply Chain to align material availability.
• Lead cross-functional planning meetings with PM, Production Leads, and Warehouse.
• Maintain data integrity in the ERP system, BOMs, and lead times.
