Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a highly analytical Master Scheduler for an Electronics Manufacturing Services environment in the Windber, PA area. You will own the Master Production Schedule, translating customer demand into an executable plan and balancing material availability with production capacity to keep deliveries on time.

Ideal candidates have 4–6+ years of scheduling experience in manufacturing (EMS/PCBA preferred), strong ERP/MRP and Excel skills, and relevant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 4–6+ years of production scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment (EMS/PCBA preferred).
• Strong ERP/MRP proficiency and advanced Excel skills; CPIM/CSCP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and optimize the Master Production Schedule for high-mix electronics assemblies.
• Analyze capacity, labor, and tooling constraints to identify bottlenecks and balancing solutions.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Supply Chain to align material availability with the schedule.
• Lead cross-functional planning meetings to review adherence and adjust priorities.
• Maintain data integrity in ERP, BOMs, routing timelines and system parameters.
