Job summary

Ashton North LLC is seeking a Master Scheduler for their EMS site in Windber, PA. The role owns the Master Production Schedule and bridges customer demand with factory capacity to ensure high on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 4–6+ years in manufacturing scheduling, strong ERP/MRP and Excel skills, and a background in EMS/PCBA. On-site, full-time with a 9/80 schedule and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 4–6+ years of production scheduling, planning, or master scheduling in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced proficiency with ERP/MRP and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and optimize the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for high-mix electronics assemblies.
• Analyze capacity, labor, machinery and tooling constraints to identify bottlenecks and balance production.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Supply Chain to ensure component availability aligns with the schedule.
• Lead cross-functional planning meetings with Program Management, Production and Warehouse teams to review adherence and adjust priorities.
• Maintain data integrity in the ERP system, including lead times and BOM routing timelines.
