Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of dedicated Employee Relations experience.
• Experience in casino and/or hotel environment preferred.
• SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction and coaching to management on ER policies.
• Conducts Team Member related investigations on sensitive issues.
• Plans and executes Team Member events to boost morale.
