Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino seeks a mid-level, exempt Team Member Relations Specialist to provide expert consultation to management on Employee Relations policies and practices. You will assist hourly Team Members, partner with HR professionals, and support sensitive investigations, including harassment and discrimination matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of dedicated Employee Relations experience or 4+ years with a Bachelor's alternative.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• PHR/SPHR Certification preferred.
• Casino/hotel environment experience preferred.
• Must be computer literate with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills; able to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation to management on Employee Relations policies and practices.
• Investigate Team Member issues, including sensitive harassment and discrimination cases.
• Coach and advise management; partner with HR to build high-performance teams.
• Participate in budget preparation and Team Member events planning.
• Administer exit interviews and maintain confidentiality and compliance with policies.
