Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with 2 years' HR/employee relations experience.
• Proficient with Workday, ServiceNow, and MS Office applications.
• Experience advising leaders on discipline, performance improvement plans, and terminations.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders on disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and termination reviews.
• Investigate employee relations matters and support risk investigations.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Legal, and other teams to ensure consistent practices.
• Interpret policies and educate stakeholders to ensure compliant application.
• Own assigned cases in the case management system and Ethics Hotline.
