Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to provide tactical ER consultation to managers and employees, conduct HR investigations, and ensure adherence to policies and laws.

The role analyzes data to monitor ER trends and supports proactive risk mitigation within the organization. The position collaborates with Operational Management, HRBPs, Legal teams, and COEs to craft solutions for complex ER situations and to maintain confidential information handling across the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, organizational management, law or equivalent major; or four additional years of required experience.
• Five+ years in HR compliance, HR generalist or employee relations.
• Proficiency in MS Office; intermediate level.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations in line with policy and regulatory requirements and document findings.
• Provide supervisors and managers with policy interpretations on conflict resolution, discipline, and termination.
• Collaborate with Legal, Labor Relations and HR partners to resolve complex ER situations.
• Support performance management and mitigate legal risk through compliant processes.
