Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to deliver tactical ER guidance to managers and employees across the region. You will lead investigations, interpret policies, and advise on discipline and termination while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will partner with Legal, Labor Relations, and HR teams to resolve complex ER matters, monitor trends with data, and minimize legal risk for the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational management, law or equivalent, or 4 extra years of experience.
• Minimum 5 years in HR compliance, generalist, or employee relations.
• Proficiency with MS Office; knowledge of employment laws/regulations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct local HR investigations with neutral, timely approach.
• Provide policy interpretation on conflict resolution, discipline, and termination.
• Collaborate with Legal, Labor Relations, and HRBPs to resolve complex ER situations.
• Support performance management and compliance within region; monitor risk.
