Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Employee Relations Partner in Columbus, OH to provide expert HR consultation to managers and employees.

You will lead investigations, interpret policies, and guide on disciplinary actions, terminations, and risk mitigation across the organization. In this role you will partner with Operations, HR Business Partners, and Legal teams, analyze data to spot trends, and support proactive, compliant human resources solutions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, organizational management, law or equivalent; or additional four years of experience.
• Five years or more in HR compliance, HR generalist or employee relations.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct and participate in all phases of local HR investigations; oversee case management in ServiceNow and Navex.
• Provide policy interpretation to supervisors on conflict resolutions, discipline, and termination procedures.
• Partner with Operations, Legal, and Labor Relations to resolve complex Employee Relations cases.
• Ensure high-quality HR support through performance management and legal/compliance risk mitigation.
