Job summary

MHMR of Tarrant County is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to partner with leadership and staff across programs to foster a positive, high-performance work environment. You will help shape policies, drive improvements, and ensure employee support and empowerment.

You will collaborate across HR on policy development, compensation, leave management, benefits and HRIS initiatives, taking a strategic approach to address workplace trends and complex cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Defined Education includes Business, Counseling, Psychology, Education, Human Resources.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or HRCI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make key employment-related decisions and advise leadership across HR areas.
• Collaborate on policy development, compensation, leave management, benefits and HRIS initiatives.
• Adopt a strategic, solution-focused approach to trend analysis, resolving complex employee matters and driving improvements.
