MHMR is hiring an Employee Relations Manager to serve as a trusted partner to leadership and staff across programs and administrative areas. The role focuses on shaping a positive, high-performing culture, resolving complex employee matters, and driving HR initiatives with cross-functional teams.

The position emphasizes strategic collaboration in policy, compensation, leave, benefits, and HRIS. A strong background in HR and a Texas driver’s license are required, with SHRM/HRCI credentials

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Counseling, or Education.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or HRCI certification preferred.
• 3 years of HR experience in employee relations or equivalent.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License.
• Substitutions: High School Diploma/GED and 7 years’ experience.

• Partner with leadership to shape a positive, high-performance work environment across assigned programs and admin areas.
• Collaborate across HR on policy development, compensation, leave management, benefits and HRIS initiatives.
• Identify workplace trends, resolve complex employee matters and drive meaningful improvements across the organization.
