Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and HR certification (preferred).

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years employee/labor relations experience without a degree.
• Minimum 2 years employee/labor relations experience with a degree.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; HR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Employee Relations support to Leaders and Team Members to promote positive employee relations.
• Conduct thorough investigations of complaints to resolve concerns and reduce risk of legal action.
• Ensure practices align with Sentara policies and applicable laws.
• Maintain timely documentation of ER matters and monitor division trends to advise HR and operational leaders.
