Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in HR or related field.
• Six+ years HR experience with emphasis on employee relations and project management.
• Mortgage industry experience preferred.
• PHR and/or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise and counsel leaders on performance management and employee relations.
• Develop and execute HR strategies to achieve business goals.
• Assist with succession planning and onboarding for high-volume hiring.
• Provide coaching to managers on employment policies and practices.
• Ensure consistent interpretation of employment policies.
• Coordinate with Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, and Training teams.
• Back up other Employee Relations Managers as needed.
• Deliver training sessions for managers and staff.
