You will partner with business managers to execute HR strategies and ensure compliance with laws and company policies.

The position supports HR initiatives across Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll and Training while delivering counseling and guidance to managers and employees at all

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 6+ years of senior HR experience with emphasis on employee relations and leaves.
• Mortgage industry experience preferred.
• PHR and/or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve employee relations issues by consulting with managers on sensitive matters.
• Provide day-to-day HR support to business units at the site.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll and Training teams.
• Support execution of HR initiatives: succession planning and onboarding.
• Coach managers on policy, performance feedback and employment practices.
• Ensure consistent interpretation and application of policies.
