The role focuses on providing expert guidance on complex employee relations matters and ensuring compliance with employment laws, including investigations, performance management, and ADA accommodations.

Qualifications

• Must have in-depth knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations involving harassment, discrimination, or misconduct.
• Strong understanding of performance management, corrective action, and progressive discipline.

Responsibilities

• Investigate complex employee relations issues; document findings and coordinate responses with legal counsel.
• Develop and implement a standardized performance management framework and advise managers on PM practices.
• Advise on ADA interactive process and accommodation recommendations with HR partners and legal counsel.
• Oversee employment law compliance functions including EEO-1 reporting, background checks adjudication, I-9 and immigration coordination.
• Serve as primary resource for HR policy interpretation and guidance to managers and employees.
