Job summary

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations involving harassment, discrimination, and misconduct.
• Strong understanding of performance management practices and progressive discipline.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations of complex employee relations issues and coordinate with legal counsel.
• Develop and implement a standardized performance management framework and provide coaching to managers.
• Advise on ADA accommodation requests and manage interactive process in collaboration with managers and legal counsel.
• Oversee employment law compliance functions including EEO-1 reporting, background checks, I-9 and immigration coordination, and personnel file management.
• Provide clear guidance on policy interpretation and keep up-to-date with changes in employment laws.
