Job summary

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations involving harassment or misconduct.
• Strong understanding of performance management and progressive discipline.

Responsibilities

• Investigate complex ER issues with objectivity and document findings.
• Develop and implement standardized performance management framework with templates.
• Advise on ADA accommodation requests and interactive process.
• Oversee employment law compliance functions including EEO-1 and background check adjudication.
• Serve as HR policy guidance and keep updated on federal/state changes.
