Job summary

The role leads a standardized performance management framework, coordinates ADA accommodation processes, oversees EEO reporting, background checks, I-9 administration, and records retention.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations involving harassment, discrimination, or misconduct.
• Strong understanding of performance management practices, corrective action, and progressive discipline frameworks.
• Familiarity with the ADA interactive process, accommodation analysis, and documentation requirements.
• Experience with EEO-1 reporting, background checks, I-9 processes, and immigration coordination.

Responsibilities

• Investigate complex employee relations issues, document findings, and coordinate with legal counsel on actions.
• Develop and implement a standardized performance management framework with templates, tools, and discipline guidance.
• Advise on ADA accommodations and facilitate interactive processes with managers and employees.
• Oversee employment law compliance functions including EEO-1 reporting, background check adjudication, I-9 management, and records retention.
• Provide clear guidance on policy application and keep up-to-date with federal, state, and local employment laws.
