Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor in Atlanta to independently manage complex ER matters from intake to resolution, including investigations, ADA accommodations, and sensitive conduct concerns. This role partners with HR and leaders to ensure compliant, fair outcomes aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities include conducting thorough investigations, advising on corrective actions, and maintaining precise documentation in case systems.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting internal employee relations investigations.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Excellent documentation and reporting practices.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage high-volume, complex employee relations cases from intake through resolution.
• Conduct investigations into harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and policy violations.
• Lead ADA interactive process including accommodations and medical review.
• Provide guidance to leaders on conduct, performance, corrective action, and leave matters.
• Partner with HR/legal to ensure compliance with ADA, FMLA, and related regulations.
