Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Executive to manage a book of business, grow client relationships, and implement multi-year strategic plans for health and welfare programs. You will liaise between employers, HUB specialists and carriers, ensuring service excellence and accurate data management.

Responsibilities include enrollment management, renewal preparation, and collaboration with Producers to optimize client benefit strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related benefit insurance industry experience (brokage preferred) or equivalent combination of education & experience.
• Life & Health insurance license.
• Experience in managing wellness programs within large accounts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains strong business relationships with clients and carriers.
• Manages enrollment processes and coordinates with producers to implement benefits strategies.
• Prepares renewal analyses, presentations and debriefs for clients and carriers.
• Provides direction on contribution modeling with business analysts and QA reviews of materials.
