Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary day-to-day contact for service needs of external and internal customers. You will coordinate service deliverables, manage accurate responses, and ensure high-quality customer experiences in the insurance realm.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in employee benefits, a health and life license, and proficiency with Applied Systems/EPIC. On-site collaboration and cross-functional teamwork are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Active Health & Life License required or in process.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Service accounts, including quote and policy processing, ID cards, endorsements, renewals and correspondence.
• Respond to client inquiries and company requests promptly.
• Develop coverage strategies and assist with insurance marketing and sales.
• Maintain and update client data in Applied Systems / EPIC.
